2. When is the registration and/or money due for the reunion?
The registration and all monies are due by May 1, 2019.
3. What forms of payment are accepted?
The acceptable forms of payment are:

Personal Checks, Money Orders, & Google Pay (there is no charge to use Google Pay).   Please do NOT send cash.

4. Where do I send my banquet and/or t-shirt fees if I am paying by mail?
Personal Checks or Money Orders should be made payable to Cedric Patton, and then mailed to Cedric Patton, 16231 Missy Ct., Greenwell Springs, LA 70739
5. What is the refund policy?
We know that things may happen and your plans may change; however, please understand that when we signed the contract with the hotel for the use of their banquet facilities and the food, it is a legally binding agreement and we are obligated to fulfill it.  Therefore, NO REFUNDS will be issued.
6. What are the hotel accommodations?

7. Is there a charge for parking at the hotel?
No, there is no charge for parking.

8. Will transportation be provided to and from the Baton Rouge or New Orleans airport?
The Embassy Suites Hotel is approximately 12 miles away from the Baton Rouge airport so the hotel WILL provide a courtesy shuttle to and from the airport.  

However, the New Orleans airport is approximately 65 miles away from the Embassy Suites Hotel so the hotel will NOT provide a courtesy shuttle. Therefore, you will be responsible for providing your own transportation to and from the New Orleans airport.
9. If I complete the Online Registration Form, do I still need to complete the paper copy of the Registration Form?
No, only 1 Registration Form is needed to register.

11. Is submitting an RSVP required?
No, the RSVP is optional.  However, if would like to display your name on this website so other family members know you will be attending the reunion, please RSVP.
12. If I filled out the RSVP on this website, do I still need to complete the registration form?
Yes! The registration form is required.  So, please fill it out online or mail a paper copy in.  Only one form of registration is needed.

13. Will transportation be provided to the family reunion events?
Yes, transportation will be provided to and from the picnic and the casino. 
14. Can I attend the family banquet even if I do not want to purchase a reunion t-shirt?
Yes, you do not have to purchase a reunion t-shirt to attend the banquet.
15. Can I purchase a reunion t-shirt even if I am not able to attend the banquet?
Yes.  You do not have to attend the banquet to purchase a reunion t-shirt.  However, please make arrangements for someone to pick up your t-shirt(s) as shipping will NOT be made available.
16. Is alcohol and/or smoking allowed at the picnic?
No, alcohol and smoking are NOT allowed on the park premises. 

BREC personnel will be on site during this event so all rules will be enforced.  Therefore, please familiarize yourself with all park rules by clicking the link below.

17. If I have a picture that I would like placed on this website, what do I need to do?
Any pictures that you would like to be added to our family website, can be emailed to pattonbrayboy@gmail.com. 

Please indicate if the pictures should be added to the Memorials' tab or the Photo Albums' tab. Also, be sure to include the name of the person along with the birth and/or death dates, if known.  
18. Can I send you a picture of me and/or my family so you can add it to our family reunion website?
Yes!  As a matter of fact, we are hoping that you will send us pictures so that we can add them to the Photo Albums' tab. 

Please don't forget to include the names of those who are in the picture so everyone will know who they are.  Also, please include the state you and/or your family members represent.

19. Where did you get the pictures that are on the Photo Albums' tab?
The majority of the photos that are on this website come from you, the family, and various social media sites. 
20. Can I add a person's name to the Memorials' tab?
Yes.  At the top of the Memorials page, click on the 'Add A Memorial' link which will bring you to another page where you can add specific details regarding your loved one.  Please be sure to include the state your family member represented.

Note:  Memorials and Tributes will need approval by the Site Administrator prior to being added to the website.

21. Where did you get the pictures that are on the Memorials' tab?
Some of the pictures were be found on the Ancestry.com website.  Others were submitted by family members. 

If you would like to add a picture on this tab, please send an email to pattonbrayboy@gmail.com.  Be sure to include the person's name, and birth and death dates, if known.
22. Can I share information about our family reunion on my social media website(s)?
Absolutely.  Sharing to the various social media websites is easy as we have already added a quick link icon which is located on the upper right-hand side of each page.

Just click on your preferred social media icon (Facebook, Twitter, Linked In) and follow the prompts.  There is also an icon to share the link via email.  

23. Who do I contact if I have additional family reunion questions?
As with all previous family reunions, please direct any questions to your assigned state rep. 

If they are unable to answer your question(s), they will contact the appropriate person(s) for additional information.
